AdRev / ContentID YouTube video claim release form

If you have used the Open Goldberg Variations or the Open Well-Tempered Clavier music in a YouTube video, you will receive a notification like the following:

"Kimiko Ishizaka-J.S. Bach, Goldberg Variations BWV 988, Aria da Capo e Fine-63", sound recording administered by:
AdRev for Rights Holder

This means that the music has correctly been identified as one of the pieces created for the Open Goldberg Variations project. We will happily release this copyright claim if you wish, just fill out the following form. On the other hand, if you are in favor of advertisements on the video supporting our project, you don't need to take any action. You are not breaking any laws and we are not going to sue you. For the background of why a public domain music project is using a copyright tool on YouTube, read our blog post here:

Claims are processed as quickly as we are able to attend to them, and are released by YouTube typically within a day.

Thank you,

Robert Douglass
Director, Open Goldberg Variations
